About the Role:

We re seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud integration to join our growing IT team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our identity and access management capabilities across enterprise systems, especially within the airline industry. Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Development & Customization
  • Build and maintain ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps).
  • Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
  • Configure REST messages and OAuth profiles for secure API integrations.
  • SailPoint Integration (IAM Focus)
  • Implement and support SailPoint ServiceNow apps including:
  • ISC Service Catalog Integration
  • ServiceDesk Integration
  • Identity Governance Connector
  • Automate user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and entitlement governance.
  • Collaborate with IAM architects to align identity workflows with enterprise goals.
  • Technical Leadership & Collaboration
  • Guide junior developers and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, and code reviews.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with ITIL standards.
  • Support & Documentation
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and ensure audit compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
  • 3+ years integrating ServiceNow with SailPoint IdentityIQ or ISC.

Hands-on experience with:

  • REST Message & OAuth Configuration
  • Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
  • Service Catalog & ITOM
  • Client Scripts & Business Rules
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, ITIL, IAM, RBAC, and SSO concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow CAD/CSA and/or SailPoint certifications.
  • Experience in the airline or aviation industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.
