ServiceNow Developer (CMDB Specialist) Location:

Charlotte, NC Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ServiceNow modules including CMDB, HAM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Customize and enhance platform capabilities using best practices, such as scripting, automation, APIs.
• Build integrations with external systems, like cloud services, messaging platforms.
• Implement and maintain CMDB health through normalization, reconciliation, and data certification.
• Enforce CSDM standards across all modules and business services.
• Support the creation and execution of test cases for validation.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and subject matter experts to capture requirements and propose solutions.
• Develop technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Participate in deployment planning, cutover support, and post-go-live stabilization. Required Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB development.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CMDB or Discovery).
• Knowledge of CSDM.
• Experience with tools like SCCM, vCenter, AWS, Azure, SolarWinds.
