ServiceNow Tools Developer/Maintainer; Mid

Job Overview

The ServiceNow Tools Developer/Maintainer will provide critical support for the ongoing development, maintenance, and administration of ServiceNow tools. Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations to stakeholders regarding ServiceNow best practices, workflow automation, and usability.
• Monitor system health and ensure compliance with ServiceNow standards.
• Create and configure client scripts, business rules, ACLs, and other customizations as needed.
• Coordinate application and platform upgrades to ensure seamless transition.
• Load, manipulate, and maintain data on ServiceNow to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide support for third-party data integrations and ensure smooth data flow.
• Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision making.
• Design and develop custom UX/UI experiences using ServiceNow's UI Builder or App Engine Studio. Requirements
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow development, software installation, configuration, and system performance monitoring and tuning.
• Experience with ServiceNow scoped application development and UI Builder or App Engine Studio.
• Ability to develop and maintain documentation and technical specifications for IT staff.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and processes.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required. Desired Skills and Experience
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, client scripts, and data visualization (reports, performance analytics, UI Builder widgets).
• Proficiency in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Extensible Markup Language (XML), and JSON.
• Database administration skills (DB2, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.)
