System Analyst for ServiceNow Integration About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated system analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the coordination and integration of program-related activities through vendor-supported corporate applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Support (70%): Participate in a culture of high-quality performance, assist the team in carrying out department responsibilities, collaborate with others to support short- and long-term goals/priorities for the department, optimize existing service catalog offerings, leverage Flow Designer to further mature the service catalog, identify inefficiencies to implement areas of automation, support the design of custom catalog items, and maintain an ongoing knowledge of the ServiceNow product.
  • Technical Support (25%): Process core system configuration as well as day-to-day user requests and incidents, create technical design, ServiceNow code and architecture, work with key business units to build solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform, provide technical guidance on existing workflows for streamlining and improved efficiency.
  • Other (5%): Complete other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information services or related field required PLUS 5 years of direct experience as a ServiceNow admin or application owner; an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position may also be qualifying.
  • 5 years of ITS technical application support experience required.
  • 5 years of computer hardware and/or software troubleshooting techniques and system support required.
