- Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on agreed hours

Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple processes, including monitoring, reporting, and planning process improvement initiatives
- Maintain formal process documents (procedures, diagrams) and document processes/projects
- Participate in cross-functional project teams to provide input and support execution efforts
- Deliver customer service and training to internal customers on specific processes
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives aligned with customer outcomes
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to share results and gather requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow

- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience with SAMPro and 2+ years in Agile practices, along with experience in software normalization and reclamation processes
