ServiceNow Architect Lead

This role involves leading the deployment of advanced ServiceNow modules, custom applications, and AI integrations to support evolving mission needs across multiple DOS components.

The ideal candidate will have deep architectural expertise, hands-on platform experience, and the ability to align ServiceNow solutions with federal security and operational frameworks.

• Lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations within the Department of State's Data Analytics and Development (ADD) program.
• Drive the deployment of advanced modules, custom applications, and AI integrations.
• Align ServiceNow solutions with federal security and operational frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy ServiceNow solutions across various modules.
• Build custom applications and develop AI-powered ServiceNow integrations.
• Oversee integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
• Manage Windows Server environments in conjunction with ServiceNow needs.
• Ensure federal compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). 10+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.
• Master Architect certification with strong module diversity.
• Familiarity with AI integrations and federal compliance frameworks.
• Experience with Windows Server administration.
