ServiceNow HRSD Business Analysis

Overview TechIcon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead ServiceNOW HRSD Business Analysis. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our business objectives align with technological advancements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ServiceNow HRSD using agile methodologies and Project management best practices. A proven track record in managing complex projects within an Agile environment.

Duties

• Collaborating with project leaders and client stakeholders to align organizational HR business needs, Policies and Government directives. Including OPM human Capital business refrence model.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Project leadership to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear objectives.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage HRSD business requirements.

Position Description

• 10 years working experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in managing Agile teams and Project management best practices.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delievery (HRSD) capabilities and federal capitol expertise.
• HR Process and Process improvements
• Ability to conduct HRSD demonstrations to show HRSD capabilities and functionality.
• Subject matter expert with the ability to translate standard HR government business processes to ServiceNow out of the box (OOTB)
• The ability to showcase the benefit of using ServeNow for their day to day business needs.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor Degree

ServiceNow Certified

System Administrator

ServiceNow HRSD fundamental training and advanced HRSD training including employee onboarding and transitons.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
