Our client is a fast-growing, VC-backed startup transforming the insurance industry through smart tech, automation, and exceptional customer experience. As they scale, they’re looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to help design and optimize core workflows across teams like claims, underwriting, and customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Lead discovery sessions and collaborate with developers on workflow design
- Configure and support ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, SPM)
- Conduct gap analyses and support system upgrades
- Create test plans, user stories, and support UAT/go-live
- Recommend continuous improvements based on KPIs and service metrics
What You Bring:
- 3–7 years as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow experience
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and process automation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Agile/Scrum experience; ServiceNow certs a plus
- Insurance, fintech, or consulting experience is a bonus
