ServiceNow TNI Consultant - Remote working USA or Canada

Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem that has an immediate requirement for a remote working contract ServiceNow Consultant with TNI accreditation. This will be a 8 week contract of 10 hours per week that will then move to a longer term project through to March 2026 working in USA or Canada.

Applicants need to possess the following skills : ServiceNow - 5 years+

CSA, TNI Accreditation - ESSENTIAL

Telco experience - ESSENTIAL

TNI project experience - ESSENTIAL

Excellent communication or consultancy skills

Ability to work independently

You will use your knowledge to evaluate custom apps, migration work, discovery sessions, documentation, mapping, OOB for TSM, planning, ServiceNow Pro Svcs for fiber broadband provisioning.
