Senior Technical Consultant - ServiceNow Expert

Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional with advanced technical skills to lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of broad experience in ServiceNow, including process mapping, functional design, and analysis. They will work closely with stakeholders to design and implement holistic solutions that include repeatable designs for productivity.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working in unfamiliar sectors. They will be comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and will have a high degree of business proficiency and professional maturity.

• Participate in workshops to map processes and develop functional designs
• Develop technical solutions including validation of customer requirements
• Lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions through estimation of effort and creation of user stories
• Support testing of implemented solutions
• Write technical deliverables that are complete, consistent, high quality, and delivery the desired information Required Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of broad ServiceNow experience across the platform
• Ability to configure ServiceNow discovery and Service Mapping
• Very good knowledge of Service Portal and AngularJS
• Experience implementing specific ServiceNow Product suites (HR, CSM, GRC, ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, Angular JS, PowerShell, MySQL, CSS, Web Services (REST/SOAP, XML, and HTML)
• Proficient with IAM constructs such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO etc.
