We’re hiring a ServiceNow Administrator to lead the platform into its next chapter. You’ll be hands-on with everything from Incident and Problem Management to Discovery, Vulnerability Management, and beyond — shaping how the business runs, protects, and scales its digital backbone.

This is a chance to own the platform through a major upgrade (hello, Xanadu), and play a core role in optimizing workflows, improving service delivery, and enabling smarter decisions across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the upgrade to ServiceNow Xanadu, including point releases and platform transitions with minimal disruption
- Administer and enhance key modules: Incident, Problem, Vulnerability, Discovery, and Service Requests
- Configure workflows, maintain licensing and updates, and support custom application development
- Drive auditing, testing, and change management processes for security, compliance, and performance
- Integrate ServiceNow with external tools — especially email-to-phone via ClickSend
- Analyze recurring issues, identify root causes, and reduce noise through strategic problem resolution
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align the platform with real operational needs
- Provide platform training and support for power users and admins across the org
What You Bring
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (Vancouver release or newer)
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Discovery and Vulnerability Management
- Proficiency with JavaScript and platform scripting
- Understanding of ITIL best practices and a passion for problem-solving
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow upgrades, ideally including Xanadu
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and always thinking about the bigger picture
