Job Description

A remote opportunity exists for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support the development and configuration of ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development, with at least 3 years of specific experience with the CPIC and TBM modules.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business goals and requirements. As a remote worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and configuration of ServiceNow applications.

The successful candidate will be based in the United States, working within Eastern or Central time zones to support customer hours. U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for this position. Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active Public Trust or higher clearance
• Strong proficiency in AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) Key Responsibilities
• Implement and configure the CPIC and TBM modules
• Build and maintain prioritization models, approval chains, and intake pipelines using Flow Designer
• Develop scoped apps, script includes, client scripts, and UI policies to automate demand-to-project workflows and enforce business rules
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
• Lead stakeholder workshops each sprint to map processes, demo solutions, and gather feedback
• Diagnose and resolve issues in automated flows and custom code; perform regression testing
• Monitor system performance and apply optimizations-indexing, caching strategies, or script improvements-to reduce load times Benefits
