Enterprise ServiceNow Developer

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide development and programming support for our enterprise ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will design and customize ServiceNow to optimize efficiency and user experience, while collaborating with other development teams as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating new or refining existing capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
• Developing and deploying technical capabilities using low- and pro-code development principles.
• Engaging in incident and problem management, performing defect remediation.
• Ensuring sufficient test coverage using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework.
• Maintaining and optimizing the product and service catalog and supporting workflows. Required Skills

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• Demonstrated experience with web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience developing ServiceNow or advanced experience with software development or low-code development platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, including evaluating customer needs and internal processes.
• Demonstrated experience in systems evaluation, including identifying measures or indicators of system performance.
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement, analyzing functions and requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with program management, project task management, and customer relations.
• Demonstrated experience with IT lifecycle management, including managing review boards and change release management.
• Demonstrated experience with knowledge management, developing feature release descriptions and technical artifacts. Benefits
