ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to lead the implementation of automated IT solutions.

• As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing business processes for seamless integration with ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map, engineer, and refine business processes for efficient implementation with the ServiceNow platform.
• Document and transpose stakeholder requirements into technical terminology suitable for execution by developers.

Evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend modifications to optimize workflows.

Verify that pending solutions meet original business requirements through thorough analysis and testing.

Develop and present process documentation to senior stakeholders, including user stories, process models, training materials, requirement matrices, status briefings, test plans, procedures, etc.

Collaborate with technical teams to define and refine processes outside of automated workflows as needed.
