Senior ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

The successful candidate will be part of an elite team reimagining how ServiceNow works in a dynamic environment with real-world impact across various sectors. This is a contract position onsite in Miramar, FL. Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support multiple ServiceNow Health & Safety instances running in a Linux environment
• Configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow modules including ITSM and Health/Safety
• Build and support low-code/no-code RESTful APIs for custom ServiceNow development
• Troubleshoot platform and Linux-related issues
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver clean, documented workflows
• Support governance, license compliance, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning Requirements
• 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience (Incident, Change, Asset, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Linux
• Brief development background and API familiarity
• Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a passion for learning
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or completion of the ServiceNow Fundamentals course Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications
• Knowledge of SQL / MySQL / MariaDB
• On-premise ServiceNow experience Physical Demands
• Ability to perform job functions consistent with ADA standards
• Sedentary work with occasional need to move around the office
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer

This role offers competitive pay ($40.00-$44.00 per hour USD) along with medical, dental, and vision insurance. A 401k retirement account is also available, as well as paid sick leave according to applicable law.
