Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical ServiceNow Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Technical ServiceNow Specialist, you will play a key role in providing technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
-
Develop and maintain complex ServiceNow configurations, including but not limited to tables, fields, forms, views, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
-
Design and implement data models, integrations, and interfaces to support business requirements.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
Requirements:
-
8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer or administrator.
-
Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly.
-
Experience with the US Federal Government or similar industries.
Preferred Skills:
-
5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
-
Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
-
5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.).
-
5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.).

5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
Certifications:
-
Certified System Administrator (baseline).
-
Certified Application Developer (baseline).
-
Additional ServiceNow CIS certification with preference for the following: CIS Customer Service Management, CIS IT Service Management, CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, CIS Strategic Portfolio Management, CIS Application Portfolio Management, CIS Software Asset Management, CIS Hardware Asset Management.
