Job Description

The IT Managed Services program provides IT support for the NNSA Associate Administrator for Information Management and Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The goal is to modernize IT and cybersecurity infrastructure and transform current services to a managed service environment.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will develop NNSA's ITSM platform using no-code, low-code, and fully scripted solutions. You will work with Agile practices, orchestrate workflows, manage integrations, and design user experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering solutions using Agile practices and orchestrating workflows
• Managing integrations with other systems
• Designing best practices for robust user experiences
• Rolling out changes following testing and established change practices

Impact:

• Help manage and implement cybersecurity processes
• Have exposure to client and senior leadership
• Work across teams and help deliver complex tasks
• Contribute to securing nuclear power and arsenals
• Use technical skills to deliver successful programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience working in fast-paced environments managing cybersecurity processes
• ServiceNow Admin and Developer certifications preferred
• Knowledge of SIEM tools, compliance requirements, and Script-Includes required
• Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Active DOE Q clearance
