ServiceNow Expert

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and implement custom applications using ServiceNow. This will involve creating forms, workflows, and other business processes that meet the needs of our organization. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom forms and workflows within ServiceNow.
• Create Service Catalog Items, Content Items, and Workflows.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications to support IT and non-IT process automation.
• Ensure that all developed code adheres to established coding standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow Development, Platform Management, and DBA teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. Requirements:
• Experience in designing and developing custom forms and workflows within ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules and workflows supporting ongoing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience providing operational end-user support in troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow issues.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/ServiceNow JavaScript APIs, HTML5.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies. Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any product specific).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through SOAP or REST web services.
• Mobile application development experience.
• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification.
