Senior Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to engage in a broad range of platform administration, configuration, and development activities.

The development team is responsible for all facets of support, administration, configuration, and development to meet complex customer needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ATF (Automated Test Framework). Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum of an Active DoD Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable field
• Two years of experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator/developer
• Active/Current ServiceNow CSA or above certification
• Experience with CMDB, Asset Management, and portal
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, error log analysis, and researching solutions Requirements:
• ITSM and ITOM experience
• Knowledge of GLIDE, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Scripts, and APIs
• Ability to translate stakeholder business requirements into working technical solutions
• Produce tangible deliverables within predetermined timelines
