ServiceNow Configuration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for performing application maintenance, managing support for incidents related to ServiceNow applications, and contributing to ServiceNow software releases by delivering configuration tasks and features.

About the Role:

• Manage and resolve incidents against ServiceNow applications
• Perform routine maintenance, including performance monitoring and error identification/remediation
• Manage Update Set creation and migration
• Schedule and verify instance clones
• Lead ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution
• Manage Instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in ServiceNow configuration and administration
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally with IT teams
