ServiceNow ITSM Product Owner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill this key position.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge Management Expertise: The successful candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow Knowledge Management.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Leads: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their knowledge management needs and provide technical solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Process Harmonization: Identify gaps, pain points, duplications of effort, and overlaps in knowledge processes across various business units and provide recommendations for harmonization.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation for all aspects of the Knowledge Management process.
  • Communication and Coordination: Foster continuous communication and coordination with internal team members, development teams, process owners, and business stakeholders.
  • Key Performance Indicators: Define and track key performance indicators, critical success factors, and metrics that reflect pertinent aspects of Knowledge Management.
  • Business Problem Solving: Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their business problem statements and needs.
  • Technical and Business Acumen: Possess a deep understanding of both business and technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform modules.
  • Project Delivery: Drive assigned work to completion and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather detailed current and future state process and system requirements through thorough analysis and evaluation.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks associated with ITIL processes and work collaboratively with technical leads to mitigate them.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform end-to-end system testing to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Certifications: Hold relevant certifications such as ITIL, Agile, and ServiceNow Certified System Admin.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years' experience in the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Admin, ITIL Certification, SAFe Certification - Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Skills: Experience working on small, mid, and large-scale organizational projects; ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization; advanced analysis skills and conceptual and critical thinking skills.
