Business Project Manager (ServiceNow ERM Implementation)

This is an immediate need. Hybrid role (3 days a week in the NYC office). We are only accepting local candidates who are within commuting distance to the NYC office.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in enterprise software or risk management implementations.
• Strong grasp of business processes, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Demonstrated experience and success in coordinating projects
• Demonstrated experience and success in developing executive level communications.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with global consulting partners on enterprise projects.
• Experience managing implementations of ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, BCM, TPRM).
• Knowledge of ServiceNow GRC a plus
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
