Job Title: ServiceNow Solutions Architect and Technical Manager

The role is to lead the development, enhancements, and implementations of our enterprise-wide architecture.

  • Build roadmaps, provide recommendations, and lead the utilization of new technologies and services to enhance and fully utilize ServiceNow capabilities.

This position requires collaboration with customers and stakeholders in utilizing ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements using new technologies such as AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive architectures for enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience, or Master's degree and 10 years of experience, or 18+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
  • 5+ years of experience leading ServiceNow development teams.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust contract requirement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in developing enterprise-wide architecture, leading multiple development and implementations, and providing guidance and leadership with development Team Leads.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
  • Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.).
  • Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly.
  • Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java.
  • Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across various modules in ServiceNow.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols.
  • Experience with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces, and External Portals.
  • Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.
  • Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM, or HR.
  • Project Management or Agile certification.
  • ITILv4 Foundations Certification.
