• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow HRSD Fundamentals Training
• Advanced HRSD Training (including employee onboarding and transitions)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) Business Analyst to lead HRSD business requirements leveraging agile methodologies and project management best practices. This role collaborates closely with project leadership and client stakeholders to align HR business needs, organizational policies, and federal government directives, including the OPM Human Capital Business Reference Model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate federal HR business needs into ServiceNow HRSD technical requirements
• Conduct business analysis and process improvement for HR service delivery
• Demonstrate ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality
• Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow HRSD tools and features
• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and propose HRSD solutions
• Align HRSD implementation with project goals and government regulations
• Promote ServiceNow HRSD features for daily HR operations and long-term efficiencies

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD modules, including onboarding and transitions
• Strong understanding of Federal HR policies, procedures, and capital expertise
• Proven ability to lead HRSD solution demonstrations
• Experience with agile delivery frameworks and enterprise software deployments
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
