ServiceNow Technical Solutions Specialist

Job Opportunity

• Create innovative technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate closely with a Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements.
• Develop and maintain complex projects using Agile methodologies.

Key Skills and Expertise

• Understand business rules, ACLs, client scripts, UI policies, UI macros, UI scripts, catalog forms, etc.
• Automate tasks using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine.
• Use JavaScript for custom development.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting tools and accelerators.
• Familiarity with key technologies for integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SOAP, etc.

Technical Requirements

• Strong understanding of creating Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.
• Able to automate activities using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine.
• Proficient in JavaScript for custom requirements.
• Skilled in scripting on ServiceNow, including standard tools and accelerators.
