We are seeking a highly skilled IT transformation specialist to lead technology strategy and management initiatives.

• Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies to improve business performance.

• Assess and evaluate IT systems and mitigate IT-related business risks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT transformation, workflow design, and configuration on platforms including ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading teams of consulting professionals and managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborating with clients to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
• Developing and implementing technology strategies that align with business objectives. Requirements

To be considered for this role, the candidate must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Applied Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in IT transformation, workflow design, and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and other similar systems.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• A willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including 20% internationally. What We Offer
