The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
Key responsibilities include gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements, coordinating release cycles, and performing quality assurance testing.
This role is critical in supporting the design, optimization, and operation of the ServiceNow platform.
- Support the planning and execution of system updates and new feature implementations.
- Coordinate the delivery of ServiceNow enhancements and updates.
- Perform quality assurance testing to validate new functionality.
- Maintain accurate system documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Work closely with stakeholders to optimize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Requirements:
- US Citizenship.
- Active DoD Security Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a business analyst, system analyst, or ServiceNow support role.
- IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher.
- ServiceNow Certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator).
- ITIL v4 certified.
