HR ServiceNow Administrator Role ">

We are seeking a highly skilled HR ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in building, supporting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform. ">Your Responsibilities ">

• Build, Support and Maintain ServiceNow Platform: You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to ensure it meets the business needs.
• Optimize Platform for Existing Toolsets: You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the platform's integration with existing toolsets.
• Collaborate with Technology and Operations Department: You will work closely with the Technology and Operations department to ensure smooth operations and provide technical support as needed. ">Requirements ">
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: You must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
• At Least 7 Years of Prior Relevant Experience: You must have at least 7 years of prior experience working in a similar role, preferably in an HRSD environment.
• Strong Business Acumen and Knowledge of Healthcare Concepts: You must have strong business acumen and knowledge of healthcare concepts and principles, including configuration management database.
• 5+ Years of Experience Working with ServiceNow: You must have at least 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, preferably in an HRSD environment.
• Experience with Technical Implementation Efforts: You must have experience with technical implementation efforts such as ServiceNow Integrations, Version Upgrades, and Maintenance.
• Knowledge of Java Scripting and Excellent Communication Skills: You must have knowledge of Java scripting and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ">
