ServiceNow Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to maintain and optimize the ServiceNow platform for a federal government customer. Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and configure the ServiceNow platform, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) applications.
• Evaluate system stability, performance, and continually improve ServiceNow processes.
• Implement security protocols, including access management and data protection.
• Monitor system performance and plan capacity enhancements.
• Create documentation for ServiceNow configurations and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical support for ServiceNow-related issues.
• Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
