ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Administrator to operationalize and administer our existing Configuration Management Database (CMDB), as well as finalize the rollout of Resource Manager. About the Role

• Function as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow and project lead for several ServiceNow projects, requiring exceptional leadership and technical skills.
• Operationalize and administer our existing CMDB by coordinating and training technical resources on configuration management best practices.
• Finalize the rollout of Resource Manager, including building complex reports and dashboards that drive business insights and decision-making. Milestone Deliverables
• Create an assessment of needs for existing CMDB within 2 weeks, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Develop a project plan to operationalize existing CMDB within 1 month, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
• Present a first draft of CMDB process plan within 60 days, outlining key steps and milestones for successful configuration management.
• Design and deliver a first draft of Resource Manager dashboard within two weeks, providing stakeholders with real-time visibility into resource allocation and utilization.
• Finalize and deliver the final draft of dashboard and all required reports within 1 month, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Daily/Weekly Expectations
• Plan and lead meetings for each project daily/weekly, driving progress and resolution of critical issues.
• Send meeting notes using our template within 24 hours of each meeting, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Meet timelines and deliverables as indicated in the project plan, demonstrating commitment to excellence and quality.
• Report roadblocks to the supervisor for each project, no later than the Wednesday project meeting, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
