Role Overview
My client is a leading software solutions company with a global presence. They are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow leader to establish and scale their ServiceNow practice.
This is a strategic, hands-on role that requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and business acumen. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale implementations, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
You will play a key role in shaping the firm’s ServiceNow capabilities—from practice setup and solutioning to client engagement and delivery excellence. This is an opportunity to lead from the front, define the roadmap, and drive tangible outcomes across global engagements.

Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading a ServiceNow practice, Center of Excellence, or equivalent leadership role.
- Deep hands-on expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, and custom application development.
- Proven experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and platform architecture.
- Strong business orientation and the ability to align technical solutions with client priorities and outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, CAD, or CTA preferred.
