One of our Global Aerospace Partners is looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Cloud Integration Specialist to join their team while the company is undergoing a major transformation to consolidate and manage its asset and configuration data in ServiceNow CMDB. As part of this initiative, the organization is adding new data connections using ServiceNow Asset Graph (e.g. main focus currently is with Cloud integration such as Azure, AWS and Wiz) and Discovery technology. The goal is to ensure a unified and accurate record of all assets across the enterprise for better decision-making, automation, and reporting. Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow CMDB Cloud Specialist within an enterprise-level environment

o Proven expertise with ServiceNow CMDB Asset Graph Connectors technology

o Deep knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB Cloud integrations across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Wiz

o Experience with CMDB Health management, including duplicate CI cleanup processes

o Strong understanding of CMDB relationship modeling, including complex service-to-infrastructure relationships (Application Service Runs:On Server)

• Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow Asset and CMDB modules, including in-depth familiarity with CI class structures

• Experience mapping and visualizing the relationship between different CIs

• Proficiency in developing and managing ServiceNow IntegrationHub ETL for seamless integration with third-party systems

Nice to have:

• ServiceNow CMDB related Certifications

• ServiceNow Workflow development (REQ/RITM catalog item updates)

Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Asset Graphs for Cloud devices (Setup, configure, test, implement, maintain) to enhance ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring a smooth transition and accurate data mapping and no duplicates.

• Enhance existing implementations of ServiceNow Asset Graph (Azure, Wiz and coming soon AWS) to automatically discover resources and services, and integrate them into the CMDB with its relationships.

• Apply proper IRE changes to ensure no duplicates are created when a devices is found in more than one integration

• Enhance the relationships between configuration items (CIs) and visualize the ServiceNow environment.

• Develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions, including data transformations and integration flows.

• Troubleshoot issues related to CMDB and asset management, providing effective solutions and ensuring data accuracy.

• Implement and support ServiceNow integrations and configuration items across different environments (dev, test, prod).
