Senior ServiceNow Architect Position

Job Title: Technical Architect (ServiceNow)

As a Technical Architect, you will define and communicate technical solutions aligned with business needs. You will work closely with the Service Delivery team, Architecture Community, and Application/Product teams to ensure that business requirements are understood and translated into feasible technological solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate technical solutions aligned with business problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs
• Design and document platform architecture
• Provide guidance on technical governance and policies
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow implementation best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in relevant job or field of technology
• 3+ years of experience in Agile teams and Product/Platform based operating model
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and technology
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices
• Experience with ServiceNow development and architecture
• Problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality solutions
