ServiceNow Architect with Security Clearance

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to oversee the architecture and design of our program in ServiceNow HRSD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Architecting and designing ServiceNow HRSD solutions for clients and customers
• Leading technical teams in the implementation and operations of HRSD solutions
• Engaging with executive stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps and provide thought leadership
• Developing business cases and contributing to business development opportunities Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• US Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree
• 10-12+ years of experience architecting and designing ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• 10+ years of experience leading implementations of ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• 8+ years of experience engaging with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements
• 8+ years of understanding and experience designing integrations and interfaces with other systems
• 8+ years of understanding and experience designing data models
• 8+ years of excellent customer relationship management skills, including effective oral and written communications
• 5+ years of experience engaging with client executives to generate roadmaps and recommendations
• 5+ years of experience creating roadmaps for technical offering growth and innovation About Us
