Senior ServiceNow Developer and Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Sr. Developer Architect.

This is a remote position and we are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a project team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing ServiceNow ITSM, Sec Ops, GRC, PA, ITBM and ITOM products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and configuring ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs. They must be able to get up to speed quickly and handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing technical solutions
• Providing expertise on technical questions related to development of ServiceNow functions
• Developing technical solutions and working with developers to implement them
• Working with development teams and ServiceNow to provide support and implement technical solutions to resolve issues

Preferred skills and qualifications include:

• Sr/Architect level experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM
• Background in cataloging
• JavaScript experience
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Skills with ServiceNow API development
• Impeccable communication and soft skills
