We seek a Technical Architect with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and/or SPM experience. Our capability partners with clients to deliver ServiceNow strategy and design, technology advisory, solution design, deployment, go-live, training, and change support.

As a Lead Platform Architect, you'll be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor across Slalom's critical ServiceNow engagements. You'll design holistic, scalable, and future-ready solutions while leading technical delivery efforts in collaboration with both Slalom and client teams.
