Job Overview

We seek a seasoned ServiceNow professional to lead the transformation and automation of our business processes. As a trusted advisor, you will drive strategic initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and support project implementation.

• Drive business process transformation and automation as a key stakeholder liaison.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for optimal outcomes.
• Define strategic solutions leveraging the power of ServiceNow.
• Support project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle for seamless execution. Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with ServiceNow platform experts to understand requirements and map them with relevant components.
• Develop high-level designs outlining overall scope and architecture of proposed solutions to ensure alignment.
• Provide ongoing support to project teams to foster successful delivery.
• Advise customers on upcoming platform modules and features to inform strategic plans.
• Assess new capabilities and integrate them within existing environments to enhance strategic transformations.
• Estimate efforts required for new projects to inform resource allocation.
• Deliver demos to customer stakeholders as necessary to build trust and understanding. Key Tasks
• Gather requirements, specifications, guiding principles, and conceptual models to describe future states.
• Provide holistic insights to identify opportunities for strategic execution and informed decision-making.
• Create customized solutions for customer needs and drive continuous improvement of user experience and implementation methodologies.
• Define future processes through collaborative workshop delivery and data collection.
• Develop roadmaps for ServiceNow solution(s) across multiple lines of business and groups.
• Communicate clear business visions and provide best practice recommendations.
• Evaluate proposed solutions in conjunction with security/compliance and enterprise architect teams.
• Align business and technology strategies for optimized results.
