Senior Manager, ServiceNow Delivery Lead The role involves providing subject matter expertise to lead new feature implementation, product upgrades, and run day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality across various modules.

The Senior Manager for ServiceNow Delivery Lead is responsible for managing the technical governance and code quality of all solutions deployed. The ideal candidate is a technical expert in ServiceNow who takes pride in designing best-in-class solutions that push the boundaries of platform capability.

The key responsibilities include:

• Managing the nine-member platform team
• Directing the daily activities of the ServiceNow team
• Monitoring and reporting team progress
• Escalating issues to management as needed
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality
• Developing standards, best practices, support guidelines, and procedures
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of configurations and changes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, or related field
• Six years of satisfactory full-time experience related to enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, network architecture, and/or IT infrastructure systems; or ten years of satisfactory full-time experience in related fields
• Technical expertise in ServiceNow and ability to design best-in-class solutions
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
