Qualification: B.Tech- Computer Science/IT, MCA

Job Location: Pune (WFO)

Experience: 3- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using out-of-the-box features and custom scripting.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules including but not limited to Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party tools via APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and MID servers.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data policies.
• Perform regular platform upgrades and patching while ensuring minimal impact to users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT Operations, Security, and Project Management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, test plans, and user guides.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, GLIDE API, and ServiceNow scripting (client & server side).
• Experience in configuring and customizing core ITSM modules.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and use of MID servers.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices, system architecture, and data model.
• Good understanding of ITIL framework.
