About the Role: ServiceNow Developer:

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using Scripted Rest API, Rest API (Outbound & Inbound) & Authentication Process.
• Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Service Portal, Performance Analytics & Employee Centre Knowledge.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide consultative guidance to stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in Glide Scripting, Java Script, HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX & AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience on various ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, HRSD and fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB. ServiceNow Business Analyst:
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and document ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a ServiceNow environment.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
• Proficiency in ITIL v3 or v4.
