- *Your Role:**
- Develop, implement and customize solutions using ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand, Project, Resource, Portfolio, timesheets and Financial Management.
- Configure SPM applications to meet business needs through customization and setup.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather and analyze project requirements.
- Develop, maintain and improve technical documentation, workflows and scripts.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in all work.
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and reviews.
- Resolve technical issues related to SPM modules efficiently.
- Support testing, deployment and post-deployment activities for projects.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is required.
- Familiarity with ATF, Flow Designer and Integration Hub is an advantage.
- *Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development with ServiceNow SPM.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM modules and configuration is necessary.
- A strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities is essential.
