This role is part of a core team focused on designing and implementing Order Management (OM) and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.

As a key member, you will collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to deliver scalable, low-customization solutions using the latest ServiceNow features. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Design and implement ServiceNow OM and SPM modules, translating user stories into features with minimal customization.
• Review and optimize existing implementations for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Collaborate with architects and other tech leads to ensure cohesive solution design. Provide guidance and hands-on assistance to junior and senior developers.
