ServiceNow SPM Architect Job Description

Your role entails designing, developing, and implementing solutions using ServiceNow SPM modules such as Demand, Project, Resource, Portfolio, timesheets, and Financial Management.

• Customize and configure SPM applications to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and scripts
• Maintain best practices and coding standards
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SPM modules
• Support testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with ATF, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software development with ServiceNow SPM
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM modules and configuration
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities
