Job Description:
As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Discovery modules within our ServiceNow platform.
Working closely with stakeholders, you will gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to drive informed decision-making.
You will work collaboratively with technical teams to test, validate, and demonstrate ServiceNow functionality, providing demos and walkthroughs to showcase capabilities and value to business users.
As a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will ensure effective communication and collaboration, managing stakeholder expectations and providing regular updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ITSM, CMDB, and Discovery module implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
