Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Services.
• Customize and configure HR workflows, forms, catalog items, and portal experiences.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party HR platforms.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Apply best practices in ServiceNow development and adhere to security and compliance requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform, with a minimum of 3+ years in HRSD module development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center/Portal.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and integration with HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with data protection, access control, and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
