Silotech Group is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support a government-hosted DevSecOps environment. This role requires hands-on expertise in ServiceNow implementation and integration, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management (SAM). ">
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of secure cloud acquisition, Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes, and will contribute to functional analysis, workflow development, and process improvement efforts. ">

Responsibilities: ">

- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements aligned with mission needs">
- Plan and develop detailed functional requirements and supporting documentation">
- Build and maintain workflows and functional models within ServiceNow">
- Develop and maintain procedures, operational guidelines, and functional architectures">
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet ATO and cloud security requirements">
- Provide expert-level support for ITSM, ITOM, and SAM modules in a DevSecOps environment"> ">
Requirements: ">
- ">
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field">
- Minimum of five (5) years of recent and relevant experience in ServiceNow implementation and integration">
- Demonstrated experience with ITSM, ITOM, and Software Asset Management in federal environments">

- IAT Level II certification required (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, GSEC)">
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) desired but not required"> ">
