Expert ServiceNow Developer Wanted

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement of clients' ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, MySQL, XML, HTML, and CSS.
• Customize and configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems/applications via APIs.
• Perform application maintenance, manage support for incidents related to ServiceNow applications, and contribute to ServiceNow software releases by delivering configuration tasks and features.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to capture business and user requirements and develop elegant solutions that meet those needs.
• Provide input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as user manuals.
• Prepare reports on analyses and system performance issues and determine performance enhancements. Benefits and Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Service Now System Administration and/or Application Developer certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, AWS Redshift).
