ServiceNow Developer Role

The Role involves designing, developing, configuring and customizing various ServiceNow applications, modules and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, coding, testing, implementing, documenting and supporting high-quality applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Developing no-code, low-code and pro-code flows, scripts, configurations and user interfaces to enhance user experiences and streamline processes.
• Collaborating with teams to prioritize and deliver features and enhancements.
• Remediating incidents and resolving issues within aligned modules, ensuring compliance with Change Management processes.

Requirements:

• 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Previous experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically in development, is required.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer certifications are preferred. Candidates who do not currently hold these certifications will be required to obtain them within the first year of employment.
• Familiarity with technologies such as JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Jelly is highly desirable.
