ServiceNow Lead/Architect

Job Summary

A seasoned expert in the ServiceNow platform is sought to lead and architect complex projects, leveraging extensive experience with architecture, design, implementation, and administration. Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow development projects, managing teams of developers or administrators.
• Develop expertise in ServiceNow scripting and modules, including Service Catalog, CMDB, and Change Management.
• Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and external system integrations.
• Advise on ServiceNow's architecture and best practices for customizing and extending the platform.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade cycles and patch management. Requirements
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
• Proven experience leading ServiceNow development projects.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting and modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and external system integrations.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow upgrade cycles and patch management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
