ServiceNow HRSD developer IV

Primary Job Duties: Development and configuration of ServiceNow HRSD – 50%Technical design and solutioning – 20%Troubleshooting – 20%Guiding junior resources – 10%

Required skills/Level of Experience:

Considered an emerging authority, who applies extensive technical experience. Develops technical solutions to complex problems. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Minimum 7 years' experience + bachelor's degree or equivalent (Associate degree +2 years' experience; 6 years' experience; or relevant professional certification); Successful completion of higher education which has not resulted in a degree may be counted as one year of experience. Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, 3+ years; or experience with any module in ServiceNow, 5+ years ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.Experience working in agile teams, including responsibility for pointing user stories, 3+ years.Experience with technical solution design, including building technical documentation, 5+ years.Experience leading technical or development teams, 2+ years.

Preferred skills: Agile certification, preferably with SAFe.Experience with ServiceNow platform administration, 2+ years.Experience with building ServiceNow integrations (SOAP/REST), 2+ years.Experience with enterprise design thinking, 2+ years.
